Remote AI engineering and business automation
AI automation for Gulf businesses.
Connect inquiries, appointments and client delivery across your business. Pixel AI Solutions offers custom AI agents and workflow automation for teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Discuss your workflowRemote project delivery across the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, from workflow discovery to testing and handover. Working hours and communication channels are agreed for each engagement.
Route inquiries to the right team
For a business operating across Gulf markets, an inquiry may need a different branch, account owner or approval path. Map the country, service and existing customer record into your CRM, then notify the responsible person. Field ownership and duplicate handling keep branches from creating conflicting records.
Make bookings follow each location’s rules
Use the actual time zone, business hours, working week and closure dates for each location. UAE and Oman schedules can differ from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Calendar permissions, available phone numbers and provider support need checking for the intended market before a voice or booking workflow is confirmed.
Scope language and handoff before launch
This website and the initial project discussion are in English. If a workflow needs Arabic or another language, specify the written content, spoken dialect and human handoff requirements during discovery. Language support is subject to provider capability and testing with approved business content.
Review where business data goes
Map what customer data the workflow reads, which providers process it and where it is stored. If your organization requires a particular hosting region, access policy or retention rule, raise it before tool selection. We assess the technical requirements with your team rather than treating one configuration as suitable for every Gulf country.

Before we start.
Clear answers on delivery, integrations and scope.
Which Middle Eastern countries do you serve?
Our current regional focus is the six GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. AI and workflow automation projects are delivered remotely, with the communication and handover arrangements agreed in scope.
Can you build an Arabic AI agent or voice receptionist?
Arabic requirements can be assessed during discovery. We need to agree on the language or dialect, approved content, provider capability and test cases before confirming support. An English demonstration should not be treated as proof of Arabic call performance.
Can one workflow support multiple Gulf locations?
Yes, where the connected tools support the necessary routing and permissions. We define per-location owners, time zones, calendars and escalation rules. Phone-number availability, calling support and integration access are checked for each intended market.
Does a Gulf project require local hosting?
That depends on your organization’s requirements and the applicable obligations for the data and workflow. Tell us your required storage region, providers and access controls before implementation. We assess technical feasibility and flag constraints for your team to review.
