Example workflow · tailored to your tools

Connect the information people actually use.

The starting point is your data model. We identify the records, fields and events that matter, then define where each value comes from and which updates should flow back.

Inquiry and contact capture

Map supported form and lead sources into your CRM, with record matching and the fields needed for follow-up.

Calendar and conversation context

Connect relevant bookings, email activity or call outcomes so the next person has useful history.

Sales-to-delivery handoffs

Pass agreed client or deal information to billing and project systems when the right conditions are met.

Questions before we start.

Practical answers for the team that will use the system.

Which CRMs can you integrate?

We review the API, webhooks, permissions and subscription requirements of your CRM before confirming scope. Waleed’s project experience includes Attio and custom business backends. Other CRM connections are assessed against the operations your workflow actually needs.

Can data sync in both directions?

Often, but two-way sync is a design decision rather than a default. We agree on field ownership, record matching and conflict rules first. Some information is safer or simpler to send in one direction only.

How do you prevent duplicate contacts?

We define the identifiers and matching rules for your records, such as a CRM ID or an agreed email-based match. Repeated events and ambiguous matches need explicit handling. We test those cases instead of assuming every event should create a new contact.

Will we need a new CRM subscription?

That depends on your provider’s API and integration access. Some capabilities are limited to particular plans. We check those requirements during discovery and explain provider costs or limitations before you commit to the build.
